Robert, I'm not sure why two orders were placed on two different dates by you, but we cancelled the first and didn't collect any funds. And we are just waiting for you to return the glasses you didn't like before we credit your account for the second order. But, no, we don't false advertise as I explained in the first reply/review. Please do not make false accusations.

zero communication took over a week to ship in stock product and still waiting for a tracking number to verify if it really shipped. It took 5 days to get a reply from my e mail to customer service and I didnt get a ship confirmation until 3 days after it shipped. Zero communication

Hi Scott- I am totally sorry for this delay. I looked into what happened with your order (which has been sent) and I found a couple of things. We had to dig deep because this should have been sent. We found that this part had been entered incorrectly in our computer system (local not drop-ship). As a result, it appeared that it was sent even though it wasn't. That's on us and we sincerely apologize. But thanks for helping us find that glitch in our system! Also, just FYI as stated on our site, "NOTE: Orders submitted on Friday's after 3:00 p.m. will be entered the next business day. We do not enter orders over the weekend."

I still have not received my order. We paid for 2 day shipping and still have not received it. I called to speak to someone about it who was supposed to email me back and still have not heard back yet. I just talked to someone on the phone again the lady said it was on backorder. I never got an email or a notification that the item was on backorder. I asked the lady to reimburse me for the 2 day shipping and she said probably not as it will ship 2 day shipping once it is in stock. She told me it shipped on the 26th but could not provide me with a tracking number. Again tells me someone will call me back.

We ordered a media rewind on 04/30/2019. As of 05/10/19 the order is still processing. I called and was told that the order was entered only yesterday, 05/09/2019. Vicki was going to check with the supplier that the item is coming from and get back with me. I have not heard back. I will not be doing business here again.

Hi Jessica- This one is entirely on us. I apologize for the delay, but because of a hick-up with our mail server here at Weber, we didn't even know we had your order until you called. We get many orders a day and this has never happened before. But somewhere someone dropped the ball and for that we apologize. We have taken measures within our order department to review outstanding orders daily and check if everything has cleared. If there is anything we can do for you including a make-good future order, please let us know. We have some egg to wipe off from our faces right now...

Terrible experience. Ordered a part with expedited shipping for a customer visit; part wasn't shipped until after we asked for tracking the day before it was supposed to arrive (and we were lied to and told it had shipped already), and to top it off, they then shipped the part ground, rendering the whole exercise useless since it was a week late by the time it arrived. Dishonest or clueless customer service the whole time we were trying to figure out where our product was. Won't be ordering from this company ever again.

Hi Sanjay, I apologize for your experience with us. I looked into your order and there was a mix up in the shipping. We drop ship our OEM printer parts and upgrade kits directly from Zebra and apparently they were doing a new upgrade to their systems from Aug. 10-13 when you ordered. While you should not call our customer service team dishonest or clueless, there was a disconnect in the order process that weekend and following days. We did our best to get you your product in a timely manner. The difference in the shipping costs was credited to you. Again, our apologies for your bad experience. This was a very rare occurance. I checked and we shipped them together at the same time (two boxes, different products) and they went out collect on your UPS account under one tracking code. Shipped to wrong address. Paid for 2 day delivery and was stuck at UPS for days. Didn't send tracking info and gave wrong number when I called, so I didn't know it was held at UPS. Had to drive 1 1/2 hours to pick it up.

This was a unique situation where Weber sent the correct address information to our vendor but the vendor used your old address when it shipped your ribbons.
