In 2019 e-commerce needs to compete with the convenience of amazon. GNC is still taking 3-5 days to FULFILL an order BEFORE they even ship. I placed an online order for protein powder. After a few days of assuming it was in transit I received a message saying my order was cancelled? No explanation. No telling me it was out of stock. No option to pick a different flavor. No offer to notify me when it was back in stock (after i contacted customer support to find out why it was cancelled). Not to mention why is your site allowing orders to be accepted and cards charged when you don’t have the stock? Had to wait for my card to be refunded, and noticed a few days later what i wanted was available again? So i tried a second time. Placed an order for $95 worth of product. It shipped on 1/11 with an expected delivery of 1/15. Came home today- no package. I checked my delivery status and now the expected delivery is pushed to 1/18?? Contacted GNC and all they said is “it’s still within 5-7 business days”. Why in 2019 is shipping taking 8 days from South Carolina to New York? Why is fedex pushing out the delivery status? Terrible service terrible order fulfillment and terrible UX. Faster to just use amazon or go to the store.

GNC service is actually terrible. Doesn’t matter who you are I’ve heard it from so many people and have experienced myself. Horrible and they need to fix it

I went to the GNC located at 1056 SW 67th ave. There’s a woman there tall she goes by the name of Julia that lady knows what she’s talking about. This week l visit several stores with in the area and ask about the products she suggested, not one could explain to me what it was for. If anyone wants someone knowledgeable who can give you straight answers visit her and you will be amazed with the results.!!! Good luck!!

GNC has the worst customer service and it's PRO member ship is a scam. I signed up for the PRO access last year as the selling point was to receive 20% off my entire purchase quarterly, I didn't receive this offer once. Anytime I asked an employee, no one knew how I could access it, or they'd say just keep checking your email. I never received it, and coming up on 11 months, still nothing. I reached out to customer service via email, and I was told they changed it to the 3x picks INSTEAD of the 20%, which is not what I paid access for. The selling point was that I spend more than $400 a year in supplements, that I should switch to the PRO access, what a joke and scam!! We will not be purchasing through GNC after this!

Paris, TN has the best store! They are all so helpful and super nice! I love how much knowledge they have on all there products and the patience to explain each one to you as well. They really care there, especially Kate and Melissa! They sure took care of me. Thanks!

Ok so up until now I have always had a good experience with GNC but just let me tell ya! So I ordered some things online a week ago to get a email on my work email late last night that my order had been cancelled, I get to work this morning to call them and reprocess this order only for seconds after I hang up the phone I get a email that says my order was cancelled AGAIN for absolutely NO reason. I again call them for them to have NO explanation as to why. We again process this order and again the same email that this order has been cancelled!!!! So I look at my checking account I now have 2 pending debits in the total amount of $300. So I one more time call them and tell them of the cancelled order email and ask them to NOT process another orderl. I am assured that no order will be processed and that someone will contact me in regards to this matter. I get home from work still thinking about the issue and get angry and call them back for the 4th time today and am told it will be 3-5 business day before someone will call me. Oh really??? Yeah Naw!!! I will take my business straight to Amazon with Amazon Prime I am guaranteed to have my junk in 2 count em two days! No cancelled order emails!!!!

Terrible customer service. Do not get suckered into a GNC Pro account! Way overpriced for what you get! Never again will I deal with GNC!
