Rarely do I put this much trust with someone over the phone, exchanging emails, but Ryan Rundell has had my back every step of the way. He is a history teacher, lover of history and his passion shows when he is excited about a coin with history. My purchase was seamless, arrived when expected, but more than that, Ryan is so happy for me. Im a fan.

I received a voicemail from Ryan at GMR and when I called back he was super friendly and extremely knowledgeable about the product he was telling me about. I bought two of them after I had received this info and spoke to my spouse about this. Thank you Ryan for bring this awesome opportunity to my attention! Outstanding service!!!

GMR Gold is a wonderful company with some of the best customer service I've ever experienced - answering every question and being sure to call whenever there are changes to my account. I appreciate that they take the extra time to connect with each customer. We are still learning all about investing in precious metals and have LOTS of questions- every person I have spoken to at GMR Gold has been kind, patient, and...well... gold!

I like your service but the last bouillon box was a disappointment. The coin looked like it was scrap metal, was it supposed to look like that?. I can send you a picture of it.

Exceptionally helpful and insightful for first time investors. Absolutely the opposite of pushy and willing to share their reasoning for recommendations with you with complete transparency. Peace of mind was part of the process.
