I started my subscription in October of 2024 and wanted to try it out for a year. Overall I canceled my subscription and am just buying gold and silver from other vendors. The positives of bullion box include easy ship to your door, and good customer service if you call in. Negatives include: Disparity in value, going off spot prices each month and what I received in each box there was a median value of $178. That means there was a median $72 that GMR was taking for operating costs, that seems a bit high.

EDIT: company has contacted me, admitted fault and apologized. They explained there was some form of an error where my payment was showing due but I had already bought in advance. Company offered me 3 options- to send my missing boxes all at once, reactivate my subscription, refund. I chose to have it all sent at once. I will update the review upon receiving boxes. An issue arose where I paid for an annual subscription and got a few boxes sent to an old address, then I contacted the company to-change my address and upgrade my subscription. Everything was going fine and they were shipping to my new address until one day my subscription disappeared and my address on file changed. I had reached out 4 times over the past year+ via the support button on the site and gotten no reply.

Ran into a couple of issues but they are making it right. Verru slow to process i got charged for Nov no box Dec get charged again and still no box for November I am out 500 dollars and I get told they will look in to it. I know if I was a month late on my mortgage the bank wouldn't care what excuse i had I think I am better off ordering from JP bulion or APMEX as the deliver in a timely manner and haven't rolled out excuses. Update received Nov box towards the end of dec was told it takes 3 weeks for the product and 3 days after that didn't get an info card and was worth about 200 if that on a 250 box.

Yesterday I recieved 3 coins totalling about only $70 in value. This sux considering it cost me $125. That kinda mark up is alil to piggy. Not happy with that at all. I will not be using these guys anymore once my non refundable 1yr subscription is up.

I like the concept, and it's a great idea but when I receive my package I had $40 worth of silver in a $58 box. I can buy the same thing on the open market cheaper.

Very good selection. Prices average with competitors. Ordered same type of product from another site the same day. Their shipping cost less, and it arrived a full week sooner than my order from your site.

Did the $49.99 bullion box, paid up front to recieve the greatest value. I immediately wish i spent the $600+ dollars (including over $100 in shipping) on silver right now as opposed to over next 12 months. I received 1 peace dollar, 1 troy oz round, and 2 copper Chris Kyle rounds. While i dont feel i got ripped off, i do feel like for the money, i couldve gotten a better value by purchasing a one time lump amout. I did understand this going in, and wanted to try it out. I will not be renwing my subsription to bullion box at this time, however will re-evaluate later into recieving monthy bullion boxes!

I got the top of the line box and it was my first one so I got an additional gift. All of the stuff I got was pretty cool but since I’ve becoming active in the numismatics community I see I could’ve gotten everything including the gift for about the same price.
