GlueUp has genuinely transformed how I manage relationships with downtown business owners. The platform is remarkably user friendly and cost effective, especially valuable for someone running what amounts to a department of one. But what stood out most was the onboarding and training, walking me through implementation step by step, and a customer service team that was always easy to reach whenever I had questions. I'd happily recommend it to any small team or solo operator looking for a CRM that doesn't require a huge learning curve or a huge budget.

We had been with the same membership software for years and it became antiquated. Searched for something new, did the research and recommended GlueUp. Data migration was a chore but relatively easy. We launched and so far I am very impressed with the product. Lets face it, nobody loves learning new software but Gene Chamblin, trainer extraordinare along with Irving Kier made it a smooth transition. Their patience throughout the process was phenominal and they always got back to me when I had questions. Outstanding experience!

What has impressed me most is that every member of the Glue Up team has been knowledgeable and professional, yet fun and personable and committed to helping us succeed. Questions are answered quickly, training has been thorough, and the support has consistently exceeded expectations. No software transition is without challenges, but Glue Up's team has been there every step of the way. I would highly recommend Glue Up to chambers, associations, and membership-based organizations looking for a comprehensive platform backed by a team that truly cares about its clients' success.
