Delivered my $250 order to the wrong city! Proof of delivery is a hand written note saying “front door”. I’m positive they stole my package or they just can’t read addresses. DO NOT SEND WITH THIS COMPANY!!

Worse delivery guy working in the team today I had delivery guy dropped the boxes on the door. I have customer coming he blocked the entrance. I told him please deliver at the right place. He said I will delever here otherwise wise I will take the boxe back. And he took it back I never recemend any one to hire those company. Also I called the company to tell the truth. Delevery guy lied that I refuse to take the boxes.I asked to someone in reception that can I talk to the supervisor. She told me he will call you back did not called. May be latter on. Stay away is better.

day 1: waited most of the for a scheduled delivery . no show. Day 2: waited again most of the day for the delivery. still no show.

They said that the driver tried to deliver the package but I’ve been home the entire time and no ring or knock on the door ridiculous

GLS consistently loses my parcels, misses delivery windows, and is overall not helpful at all. would give them zero stars if I could. avoid using them at all costs.

The driver, Mouniz, pretends he came home three days in a row but could not deliver my order which was time sensitive. I was home all three days. I even waited for him outside the last day, since an agent told me on the phone that he would show up between 3.30 and 3.50 pm. Reality is he never came, or buzzed or called. The audacity of these people when most buildings and houses have cameras that register every visitor these days. Really pathetic. Avoid at all cost!

This company is pathetic. I don't want to waste my time to explain. PLEASE, PLEASE do not support this company. Trust me, you will suffer a loss if you do!

GLS Canada delivered my electric scooter this morning. I live on the 3rd floor of an apartment building and I am 50 years old. The young delivery guy buzzed my apartment and I let him in. I then opened my door and waited for the young man to bring my package up to me. When I heard nothing and no one coming I decided to go downstairs to see if I could help, only to notice the delivery guy just left the heavy package inside the building door and took off! I couldn’t believe that! Especially since I was home!!I have had quite a few deliveries to my current address and never has a delivery driver just left my package downstairs when I’ve let them into the building because I am home!! They have all brought my package right up to my door after I buzzed them in! This driver should be ashamed!! If I have anything to say about it, I will never go thru these people again!! P.S. I had just checked the status of the delivery on this item and it saids!!!, “signed by my last name.” Unbelievable! So they lie too!! I signed nothing, because as I had said this package was dumped inside the front building door after I had buzzed him in, so I could struggle getting it up three flights of stairs!! Unbelievable!!
