Ordered a part from Quebec for a snowblower. It was a metal rod. After waiting a month the package was finally delivered with out the item in it. Two holes in the package. Multiple phone calls trying to get it delivered. It sat in Winnipeg Mb for approx 3 weeks. Poor customer service throughout my experience. Tried ordering a new part but it is no longer available. Between GLS, Rosenau Transport and Pro Wide Parcel service someone messed up the package. I personally wouldn't use any of them to transport anything. Canada Post is bad but these guys make them look stellar! Over a month to get a empty, damaged package delivered to Manitoba.

Does Edmonton GLS use blind donkeys for delivery, My package wondered around the city for nearly a week. Then it was miraculously delivered with a signature, not sure where, sure never made it to me.

Taking long to deliver .

Booked the shipment with GLS through Freightcom.com. Shipment was to take 5 Days, I expected 7-9 days given the Christmas rush. The expected delivery date was Dec 06, it is now Dec 24 with no ETA provided. Last update is Dec 16 with that and the previous 2 updates stating 'Weather Delay'. I am in Vancouver, we haven't had any significant weather here causing a 2-week delay. I have tried calling for Tracing multiple times in this period and the line drops. Finally get though meaning the line didn't drop and was left on hold for 40 minutes only for the line to drop. Given the lame excuses for updates and the inability to get through to GLS shows me GLS has little integrity. They will take your order with little intention of meeting their promises.

Worst experience with GLS. Ordered items from guessfactory.com and it got shipped via gls on December 11th from montreal it arrived to toronto pickering on 16th and all its shows on gls website is Your shipment has left our terminal.Oops! Things did not go as planned. Please anticipate an additional day for the delivery of your shipment.Your shipment has arrived at our terminal. Just deliver my items. next time i would cancle the order if its get shipped through GLS.

Ordered 2 identical items from Walmart Online. The twin items traveled from Quebec and arrived in Vancouver together. Only one got delivered. Besides GLS not updating their tracking information, when it did, it was lies. It blamed weather conditions where there were NONE. I live in the same district and know first hand there was nothing going on with Vancouver weather. 3 times Walmart online fobbed me off onto 3rd party seller and that seller would only send me a link to this useless GLS which 12 times, over a period of 3 weeks, continued to lie about the weather in spite of them delivering one of "the twin packages". Now... the nightmare of the return /cancellation because I can only produce one of the twin items.

I Might update this with a better rating if I get my package by Monday, but I ordered some items on December 11th. It was shipped on the 12th from Montreal. I'm in Vancouver, BC. According to the GLS website's transit time calculator, it shouldn't take more than 5 transit days. It was listed "in transit" on Dec 12th. 5 days later, on Dec 17th, it showed in Toronto at another facility and that it's left and on the way. Later that day, I see this service alert "Oops! Things did not go as planned. Please anticipate an additional day for the delivery of your shipment." Now fast forward to Dec 20th (when it should already be in British Columbia, it shows me that it's "on the way" from TORONTO.. AGAIN!! This is the most deceitful and unorganized shipping company that I've ever seen in my entire life! I will be contacting the company I placed my order with and be filing a complaint about their choice in couriers. I ordered some items to give as a gift for Xmas and now I'm not even sure they will arrive in time. If my package does not arrive on Monday the 23rd, I have a few choice words for GLS to say the very least. Super unimpressed with this company.

Worst shipping company, My parcel has been in toronto since December 4th, not moving. The last update was on December 12 but still at the same place. We are now December 20th and no update. I have tried contacting them 3 times this week, waited 1h+ on hold never got to speak to anyone. Sent emails didnt receive any reply.. Parcel was ordered and picked up on November 27.
