Terrible service! If I could give zero stars, I would! I ordered something from The Oreal Outlet online store, and the parcel was supposed to be delivered by GLS. It’s been 10 days, and I still haven’t received my package—even though it’s being delivered within Greater Montreal! Every time I call GLS customer service, they tell me “It will be delivered tomorrow,” but it never arrives. This is completely unacceptable. I will never use GLS again, and I will never shop from The Oreal Outlet again either. Worst delivery experience ever!

Do not use that company they are the worst. They forgot my delivery for 3 consecutive days and their service did not know how to manage

J'ai payé pour recevoir un colis en 48h le 15 avril. Le colis a été envoyé à cette compagnie pour la livraison. Nous sommes le 21 et toujours rien. Aucun retour de messages et puis mon colis à été dompé à 2 places par erreur entre-temps. Une fois à Chambly et ce matin il est a London. Je suis de Trois-Rivières. Gang d'incompétents. Évitez-les.

I suggest not to use their service. Their system does not show any information about your shipment. I called customer care and they also do not have any idea about the status of the shipment. My packages were supposed to come in 3 days it's been over a week and I do not have any idea where my packages are. The tracking number is of no use!

Theft! Theft! Theft! When you report it they are quick to dismiss your concern and tell you your video of the incident is wrong. Deny Deny. Do not USE Altimax or GLS to ship. They have drivers who work with a second vehicle to steal your valuable packages. We spoke to the dispatcher at Altimax (Dave) and he said the driver had to take a picture and that it is protocol. He assured me he did even after I explained I have the video from when he stepped out of the van and a picture was never taken. Parcel dropped at 9:30am at 12:30pm a different white van quickly came up the street stopping in front of our house ran to the door picked up the parcel and was gone. High value package and he knew what he was looking for and where to get it. Always check what shipping company ships your parcels. GLS and Altimax will not work with you or take responsibility. Beware. Guy in the ORANGE vest stole our $400 package.
