Terrible first experience ordering with this company. It’s been 2 weeks, my credit card has been charged, and my order has not shipped. I got some boxed response about a logistics software issue which is not my problem, if you can’t ship it don’t charge for it! Customer service does not respond and the one time they did I got the same boxed response. What a scam, I will end up having the charges reversed on my credit card, over $400 CAD.

Decided to try a Glossier makeup remover after reading the great reviews. Have never ordered their products before & thought it was a good deal to just order straight from their Glossier.com website. I bought two makeup removers & added an $18 lash stick to qualify for free shipping. Received my box in the mail of which all three items were supposed to be in & no lash stick. Here's where my frustration lies: they have no customer service phone number whatsoever, only email. Seriously; try to find one. Google can give you some recorded message line that's only for people in California that can leave a message for some other program, but that's it. I emailed and haven't heard back, so to say I don't trust the Glossier company or website would be a huge understatement. **Edit: they have reached out to say they will ship a replacement. Will edit this review if received.

My items never arrived.

I am very frustrated with my current order from Glossier. It has been 2 years that I am ordering with no problems until yesterday I received my order missing one item. I looked for a phone number to call them and couldn’t find any!!!!! How come a good company doesn’t have a phone number? The only way to contact is through email and I am wondering about the reviews regarding the good customer service. I wrote to them and so far no answers. Christmas is in less than a week and my gift to my daughter won’t be ready. I am very disappointed with this company and based on how they will handle this I might not order anymore.

I ordered products and received an email acknowledging the order. Then nothing. I had to write to ask where was my products. Only then did I get a tracking number. Checking that the parcel had tried to be delivered from local sorting office to me; however the Street name was used as my name and the computer obviously failed to recognise me or the address. Only because we knew the Sorting Officer did we managed to get the parcel 5 days later! Rubbish company no where to phone, no contact definitely not a service provider. I do not recommend this company at all.

Basically, no matter what browser I use I can't checkout. How do they expect to sell stuff if people can't pay for it?

Sent me an expired Zit Stick. The product was clumpy so I emailed on 2 different occasions and was ignored. I sent images as proof and they never replied to me.

I am very disappointed with the service, first time I have purchased as I’ve seen great reviews of the product, as soon as I received my order confirmation I was advised my products wouldn’t be sent until the 18th due to a stock inventory, it would have been nice to be advised of this prior to purchasing. Today I receive an email advising there is a problem with my payment and asking me to update my payment details with a link?! Strange as funds have been taken from my bank via PayPal.... I’m getting really fed up with dishonest companies. I’ve contacted CS and logged a PayPal claim/to get my money back with proof of payment being taken. Glossier, I would really appreciate you explaining or rectifying the situation. Really not impressed!
