GlossierReviews of glossier.com

Can't recommend Glossier enough from their products to their customer service ! Wish I can give them 10 stars ! Heather , Jamie and and Christine . All 3 of them where in communication with me . Christine was kind of enough to sort my query immediately and I couldn't be happier with the response . If only all companies and their service where this amazing ! Not only have I been wanting to order for the longest , which they now offer delivery to europe but to have my first time shopping from there be so fantastic and their service is top notch ! Glossier and Glossier team ... I thank you so much for your service

I always have a great experience ordering from Glossier. Their Future Dew is one of my favorite products, as is their Jelly Cleanser (love the consistency of it). Who could resist the pink Glossier pouch, either? Love taking them with me on trips as a bit of a DIY organizer.

The honest opinion of a loyal UK Customer... I have dealt with Glossier's customer service team a few times now and I cannot fault them one bit. My most recent dealing was with Brittney, who was extremely kind and helpful. The customer service team are always willing to help out, and their emails are always well-written and friendly. Additionally, their products are amazing! I have been using a range of their products for some time now and will never use another mascara so long as Lash Slick exists. Their skincare products are also excellent. Finally, hats off to the marketing team. They have got it sussed to a T! Thank you Glossier, and Brittney!

Hands down the best customer service I have received. I’ve ordered from Glossier for years and will continue to do so. Love the new stretch foundation.

Went into Glossier’s shop today in Covent Garden . The guy in there helped both my friend and I. Mentioned that my niece had wanted her name on her bag previously as it had my name on it instead and he kindly gave me a lip balm to give me brownie points with my niece. Such a lovely kind gesture. 10/10 service

I have honestly never left a review before but feel compelled to do so today. I am 64 yrs young. Throughout my whole life I have had oily skin and still do to this day! I also have hooded eyes. During my entire adult life I have tried to find an eyeshadow that would last all day on my oily, hooded lids. I have tried every eyeshadow and every primer know to man ( lol) and nothing worked until I found Glossier’s lidstar at my local Sephora. I am so incredibly happy with this product. It stays on my lid for up to 12 hrs with no primer needed. I have blue eyes and fair skin and use the colour Cub. I absolutely love it and am thrilled that I have finally found a long lasting shimmering eyeshadow that helps my eyes to pop behind my glasses. I won’t think twice about buying other eye colours and products from Glossier’s range. Thank you Glossier.

I've used Glossier products for years. I love the brand ethos, they're cruelty-free and customer service is great. I've only had good experiences with them :)

I don’t often write reviews but I have to say the customer service at Glossier is fantastic. I ordered some products for holiday next day delivery but unfortunately they didn’t get to me in time- one email to glossier after a 3 or 4 later days and they immediately offered a refund or new shipment free of charge. The person I spoke to was so helpful and pleasant. The products didn’t arrive on time for holiday but I did come back to 2 packages from them which was a lovely surprise! I’ve had some really bad experiences with online companies recently, so even though I didn’t get what I needed in time, their response rate and solution to my issue was such a refreshing change to the usual “not my problem” response (hello charlotte tilbury and asos) that I’ve had in the past. Thanks team Glossier- not only do I love your products but your customer service is spot on.
