December 12, 2022 Glossier is very hyped and I get it, their products look cute and serve their functions well. However, the snail-mail method is LITERALLY next-level slow (think the early 1900s) - honestly causing my disappointment in the brand. I ordered on November 28 and my package still hasn't been shipped out (today is December 12). My order is GL14696105. Realistically, I know it's the cause of Black Friday sales and Cyber Monday sales that are causing the companies to ship out later, but every order I placed after this has already arrived by now. I know this one makeup company that is known for super slow delivery as well, and I ordered it a week after my Glossier order, and it already came today. While waiting for my order to ship out, one of my products went out of stock - I was anticipating this as I emailed a week ago on when they'd ship and they said: "it was still being processed at the fulfillment center". *Insert eye-roll*. They've refunded that, which is great, but I really wanted that product. I decided to give it another week for them to ship out my order. This was my first purchase and will be my last. Horrible services, and too slow to be considered acceptable. This isn't some small-scale company - they can do way better than this. Don't shop from this company if you want your stuff to arrive on standard time (that being 5-10 business days). It's been 11 business days/15 days of them not shipping out my order. Customer service is of no help either. Now I'm just worried if other products will go out of stock while they relish in delays. :/ December 20, 2022 Officially fed up with this company. I still haven't received the order and the holidays are so close. This experience left a bitter taste in my mouth. Never will be ordering from this company, NEVER again. I've had an overseas shipment come in faster than this snail mail company. The fact that I'm in New York and they're in Illinois, and it's taking almost a month to get my stuff - I'm not even sure I'll be getting anything. Why is this company even hyped - I'm SO confused.

WORST customer service ever!!! Took 7 days to get back to me. No order confirmation, and absolutely no customer care. Can't believe how many 5 stars reviews they had???!! What the heck happened?? Because they SUCK.

Non existent customer service and no communication. My first experience with this company and it will be my last. Placed an order and NEVER received the items, I sent email after email (week after week) to customer service inquiring what happened to my order and would my money be refunded. It's not a small amount of money as it was several gifts for friends. I even emailed headquarters after not receiving any responses from customer service! Nothing, again no response! I am now forced to contact the BBB to try to get this resolved. Unless an order takes 6 months to receive, I was robbed of my money. What a shame this company has turned into. I read stories like this how it was going down hill but didn't believe them. Until I placed my order and saw for myself.

Made an account and ordered a product 2 weeks ago. I like to track my orders but now I can't tell if this website is a scam or not because it says my email isn't an account with them even though I have emails from them and when I even try to make a new account with that email the website just loads and goes right back to the "create account" page. Doesn't say the email exists or anything. Wouldn't order from them again and just hoping I even get my package!!

I’ve ordered the items but have not even had an acknowledgement of the order. I’ve emailed them twice and had no response and sent them a screenshot of the cash leaving my bank and going into theirs. On the strength of these reviews, I think I will call the bank and try to retrieve the cash.

Glossier has great products - good formulas/quality and pretty packaging. The 1-star rating is for their horrendous business model. Planned false scarcity and apathetic customer service will leave a bad taste in your mouth. Plus, Quo, a brand from the Canadian drug store Shoppers, offers comparable product quality and packaging, without the outrageous price gouging.

If there was a zero review score, they would get it. Tried to use a personal discount code 3 times without success. Three times emailed them and told them of frustration. They invited me to unsubscribe based on my frustration. Basically they are a new company with a teenage fan base and they have no idea how to interact with grown ups. When their teenage fanbase moves on to pastures new, this lot will die a death because their products are mediocre in comparison to established skin care companies and teenagers are fickle, easily influenced bored quickly.

Absolute zero response from the company regarding an issue with my order. Original email sent on Monday, it's Friday still no response. I'm starting to think this is a scam. Avoid
