My order never left the American ground.. first it was stuck at the duty after a week it was returned back to sender. No costumer service at all. Can’t understand the other ratings about the service. I never got an answer to my mails or requests on instagram an TikTok. Would not recommend or ever order again, when your not American…. Hopefully I will get at least my money back, since I don’t think I will ever receive my order…

First time ordering with Glossier will likely my last unless customer services actually bother to respond to any of my queries. Ordered and charged for 3 items but was sent only one. Customer service has been non existent and I continue to be out of pocket for items never delivered. Looking at other reviews, it appears this isn’t an isolated incident. Will continue to publicly raise in the hopes Glossier will rectify the issue. Avoid at all costs.

Awful service. Ordered something that I NEEDED to have by Friday (yesterday) and according to the tracking that would be the latest it would arrive. It arrived in Ireland and was through customs by Sunday but every day this week it said it would be delivered before the end of the day but never arrived. Towards the end of the week I was in a lot of contact with the shipping company and the depot even called me and promised it would be delivered Friday. I told them if it’s not here by friday evening it can be returned to sender as I won’t need it after that. Friday comes and I speak to three different people one of who was called Jean or June (not sure the other names) who all told me it was out for delivery. They said the driver would call me with a time, he never did, they said the depot would call me within an hour, they never did. I said I am sitting at the door waiting for it to arrive is it definitely coming today I really need it and was told to wait a bit longer it would definitely come. Surprise surprise it never came. Now it can be returned to sender and I won’t be using this company again.

I have used the lip balm for many years, it was the best balm, so why have they changed the formula!! It now leaves your lips drier than they were before using it, so unfortunately I will not be a customer anymore. Why change a product that was already a best seller ...so it can become vegan! Bye bye Glossier!

Tellement. Déçue. La livraison était retardée de trois jours tous les trois jours pendant deux semaines, une fois arrivée le gloss n'était emballé que dans un pauvre récéptacle en carton abimé par le trajet : 30 euros pour un service de si pauvre qualité, franchement, c'est déplorable. Jamais plus chez GLOSSIER. Je demande remboursement pour publicité mensongère ou je renvoie le produit.

Horrible company to do business with, and I never will again. I ordered back in early March. Three weeks later, and I still do not have a tracking number for shipping. They do not have a customer service telephone number, so you are forced to communicate with them by email. They take forever to respond, and each time they do, I’m getting a message that says “they are doing inventory, and thank you for my patience“ I actually needed this for a gift for an event that is already over, so I’m not really sure how “patient” they expect me to be . I’ve had to resort to PayPal now to try and get my money back.

Terrible company possibly fraudulent. Ordered back in oct 22, twice my product has failed to be delivered now seeking refund.

I have bought from them in the past and I liked the products I purchased. However, I reached out to the them yesterday with the following question:Are your products, particularly make-up made in China? Here is the response I received: Thanks for reaching out! Manufacture locations vary by product, and you can find this information listed on each products' packaging.If you're curious about a specific item and aren't able to check the details on the packaging, just let me know! I'll be happy to provide more details. I wrote back for a follow-up saying:Let me try a different way. Are any of your products manufactured in China? No response... The lack of tranparency is very unfortunate. Clearly they don't want to disclose the information. I guess I won't buy from them again. A company that tries to make it difficult to find information about their product does not deserve my trust. After reading several of the reviews, I am not alone
