While I can't always recommend their products (some great, some mediocre, others bad), their business model is really great and it is very apparent that they put customers first. I ordered the solid fragrance that smelled a little too different for my liking from the sample I received a few orders ago. I contacted them and they refunded me. Very courteous customer service!

A Youtuber (Ivan Lam--notice me please) said something about Glossier and because I am highly influenced, I got on Glossier and bought stuff. And you know what? I am happy. I bought the powder and the cloud paint and boy do I want to buy more things I don't need! What really got me though was the packaging that the items came in. It's pink, it's cute, it's pink, it's cute. It was everything I am not--that is until I used their products (laugh with me please)! But in all seriousness, the cloud paint is so nice, very subtle and just a nice flush of color. The powder was fine and did not cake up my face. I loved how the items came in this little fancy ziplock bag and the box gave you a nice little, "you look good," which I responded with a shy, "thanks." The website it self is easy to navigate and I didn't feel that pressured to buy things (looking at you Yesstyle and Amazon). I wouldn't GLOSS over Glossier anytime soon! Cheers!

Glossier has fast shipping, super cute packaging and their products are amazing. I personally recommend the priming moisturizer, boy brow, and balm dot com!
