Amazing company. Everything is so pleasing to the eye and the packaging is super cute! Everything comes in a zippy bag which i now use as my make up bag. I recommend the Boy brow. Although one thing i would say is the make up is made to look natural so bare this in mind.

I had malfunctions with my order and I emailed customer service and Brittney had fixed everything within the next hour. Best customer service I ever had.

Purchases some products from them. Even with standard delivery they arrived in only 3 days. In the box the products cam inside a cute makeup bag that you can keep and reuse. Unfortunately some of the products didn't quite work for me so I emailed them to arrange a refund (they don't put a returns slip in your package initially) and within 8 hours they had replied to me confirming that they had arranged a refund to my bank account and that I could just keep the products as they didn't want to inconvenience me with having to return them, which meant I could get my money back and just give the products to some friends/family to try as I didn't like the products myself. Very friendly, prompt service. Couldn't reccomend more!

Beyond excellent and friendly customer service, fast shipping, lovely packaging and the products are amazing. I recommend the boy brow, skin tint, balm dot com and the mascara which is the best I've ever used. Doesn't smudge yet washes off easily.
