Love the branding and I’d say about half the products I have tried are great. Cloud paint and lash slick are permanent staples in my make up bag. Just wish they did more special offers 😆 The only negative is when I’ve had deliveries theres unnecessary plastic included.

As a 40 years old with good but not perfect skin I love their no makeup makeup products. My only con is that the skin care is heavily scented and can be irritating to my very sensitive skin however I love the jelly cleanser and the You perfume. Skin tint, cloud paints and boy brow are staples in my collection now as well as balm dot com. Great to have the option to use clear pay too. I would use the rich priming moisturiser as my cream of choice if it didn’t have fragrance. Although it smells amazing it does irritate me. Maybe bring out a priming moisturiser for sensitive skin with no parfume?? Just an idea :)

Un poil cher mais de bons produits J'ai testé l'enlumineur en stick et les blush crème ainsi que le boy brow. Les prix sont un poils élevés pour le résultat même si je dois reconnaître que les blush sont excellents. Une petite touche suffit pour un résultat intense donc je pense que le tube va me durer un certain temps. Packaging très sympa.

Love the products every time but the packaging that comes with the perfume is excessive and non recyclable which always disappoints me :( but again the actual products are amazing

After hearing so much about Glossier I decided to give them a try, I ordered the Milky Cleanser, Lipgloss and samples. I am very impressed with the quality of the products and how long they last, I've been using the cleanser now for two months and I'm only half way through the bottle. The packages came in the cutest little box with stickers and a free bubblewrap makeup pouch which I love.

Really glad to have tried Glossier. Excellent customer service: I had an issue with a parcel I hadn't received (they sent it but it never got here) so I contacted them and they sent another parcel free of charge right away without complications. I'm loving the products I chose so far (concealer, mascara, boy brow and balm.com) and I love the whole brand aesthetics. Just a note: delivery can be a bit long but I am glad they ship to France and that we don't have to pay custom fees. Will buy again!
