I love most of Glossier's products - it just suits my skin, it doesn't feel or look too heavy, and in most cases it does what it says on the box, so I'm happy to spend the money. I've only ever had one bad experience with their products. That was the Color Slide pencil. I left a review on their page and then forgot all about it. Today I awoke to a message from the team thanking me for my feedback and I've received a full refund in the form of store credits. I feel heard and validated and appreciated as a long term customer. Glossier is doing things right! <3

Their products are noticeably high quality and their customer service team are honestly angels. I’ve recommended them to all of my friends and I’ve had nothing but satisfaction! They’ve got a customer for life :)

We recently ordered from Glossier because we had heard great things about their perfume and we needed a new scent. It lived up to our expectations and beyond, and is our favorite scent we've ever owned! We threw in a mascara with the order just because we were almost out, and WOW. Without a doubt, the best mascara we've ever used! It goes on smoothly and looks very natural instead of clumpy. 10/10 would recommend!

I cannot even believe how amazing their customer service is. I ordered a present for my friend and it didn't come on time. I emailed them and Annabelle from GTeam helped me out straight away! She sent a load of goodies to us via courier so they would arrive before my friend's flight to India. I was completely amazed. Annabelle was so helpful and it absolutely made my friend's day. I've used Glossier products for months and they are all wonderful - incredible products and amazing staff. Can't thank them enough.

i have stood by their products since my first order. yes sure, the prices my be a little much for a lip balm but when i tell you it’s worth it it’s WORTH IT. the products are very high quality and long lasting, and the customer service is outstanding. incredibly nice people, and great company overall. if you are considering trying them out, i completely recommend their balm dot coms or their lash slick mascara. (my fav products) will never stop ordering from them!

I made a purchase from this company and to be honest I wasn't thrilled with that particular item. But I sucked it up because sometimes we purchase things and don't like them. Later down the road I received an e-mail from the company about my purchase and I replied and expressed my dismay about the product and simply mentioned it wasn't the greatest thinking it would end there. The next day or day after that I received an e-mail that told me I would receive a refund on my credit card. I was pretty floored. I had never asked for a refund. I've always heard very good things about this company and their products. Perhaps I just chose the product that wouldn't work for me but I will definitely be purchasing other products from this company! The level of customer service was astonishing and you don't find that anymore nowadays. Thank you Annabelle and Ariela for an amazing experience!! This is definitely a company that will keep my business for a very long time!

Love everything that I have bought from them and the shipping wasn’t super fast! They were really helpful in changing my address when I got it wrong
