Brow flick is AMAZING - WOW This is the best eyebrow product I've ever used. Really buries the Anastasia Brow Wiz which is obsolete when you have this brow flick. It takes practice - but when you get the technique down, your eyebrows are AMAZING. Already ordered one for my mum and I've told everyone about this product. Will certainly try other products from the brand! Thank you so so so much Glossier - this product is a cult lifesaver!!!

Amazing customer service! I received a part empty tube of cloud paint so they sent a second free of charge. I also ordered a shade too light in BoyBrow and they sent the darker one for me to try which was received so quick!

PHENOMENAL CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE!!! Ahh the rumors about their amazing customer experience is no joke. After I realized that I bought the wrong shade of their stretch concealer, I literally contacted them shortly after 12am to ask if they can change my order content to the correct shade. I WOKE UP THE NEXT MORNING to see their amazing and speedy response:) They already sent out my original order, so they agreed to also send me my correct shade at no expense. They also recommended to just gift the wrong shade of stretch concealer,, which I’ll probably do haha. Anyway, I’ll definitely be shopping here again!!

Overall very happy with Glossier products, service and experience. I ordered the boy brow and brow flick duo set. This set was reduced in price and still well worth the money. I love the natural effect these products give and they last all day and night. I’ll definitely be using this as a staple eyebrow product for foreseeable future. The products were delivered quickly and packed well and I also liked how you could ask for less packaging to reduce waste. I will definitely be buying more form Glossier.

Amazing service every time! My mum bought me some items for Christmas but I have just got back from a long trip (outside 30 day exchange policy) and opened them, wanted to change a couple of things so contacted glossier, prompt response and not only have they credited my account with the item costs, but let me keep the 3 products on top! I bought the eyeliner, (that shipped to Sweden in 4-5 days, really fast!) and I wasn't happy with it, it felt dry and didn't have much color payoff. So I contacted their customer service, got a fast reply, within hours. They helped me and sent a new eyeliner and refunded me 100%. It's rare with this good customer service, you can really tell how much they care about the quality on their products and about their costumer. I have a lot of Glossier products and can't wait to buy even more!
