Okay so this brand has SAVED MY LIFE. For years I’ve tried to keep up with makeup trends (I’m not very good at it) and I’m never happy or comfortable with how I felt in loads of makeup, but Glossier enhances my natural face and makes me feel amazing in my own skin I haven’t worn foundation in months because their products are really that good. I have the cloud paint in puff (and I have olive skin) and it looks incred. Drop them a message on Instagram and they’ll help you with a shade, I love them that much I’m buying all the other colours. The eye brow flick pen (I can’t even) has made me go from over filled and blocky eyebrows (I’m not very good at makeup) to brows that look like they’ve been micro-bladed! I’m not even joking random people have come up to me to complement my eyebrows. Thank you so much! UK BUYER.

I purchased a product online and didn’t love it. I contacted customer service via email and they promptly responded and immediately refunded my card and did not request the product be returned. I’ll definitely try their products in the future.

Something that really pleased me about glossier is the fact that there are no customs fees. I really like the boy brow (it lives up to its hype) and the cloud paint in beam. I intend to buy more products from this website and would recommend to family and friends. Shipping took a bit longer but that’s understandable due to the current circumstances. I love the little pink pouch that the products come in.

Firstly, the customer service is incredible! I never really write reviews but all of the products I ordered have worked out amazingly for me the cloud paints, stretch concealer, boy brow, lip glosses, balm dotcom, you perfume, you name it. Can’t say enough good things, no regrets and the packaging is gorgeous and the pink pouch and stickers really make it a joy to receive and open their packages and the customer service makes you feel confident to buy online especially during such times. Fuss free and super friendly- AND super fast responses! I also found it really easy to shade match myself perfectly online as well. Highly recommend giving their brand a go, you won’t be disappointed. They deserve to be raved about.

I’m usually very scared of ordering online but ordering from Glossier was such a delightful experience ! I actually made a mistake while ordering and their team was nothing but kind and empathetic 🥺 the only thing is that they don’t ship to Switzerland yet .. Glossier I am begging you
