Lots of people have already commented on the excellent customer service. But I had to add to that. It is AMAZING customer service. I had an issue with a product, e-mailed them and less than 4 minutes later I received a very helpful response and refund. I really respect companies who make that effort, as it encourages me to try more of their products.

I love glossier products and their customer service makes me love the brand even more. Super friendly and quick delivery, I was constantly being updated with emails of where my parcel was. One item I ordered (a concealer) was the wrong shade for me, and I emailed customer service to send it back for a refund. Tammie was so helpful and friendly and replied to each of my emails in less than an hour. She sorted out my refund within an afternoon of contacting customer service and told me not to worry about sending the product back because of covid! Honestly such a lovely experience with customer service (considering with most brands it’s usually a headache) and I was very impressed. Will definitely be ordering more in the future.

Glossier has amazing customer service. They work with a lot of youtube influencers so you have plenty of reviews to go off of before you purchase a product. They also sell great sets. I live for them!
