GlossierReviews of glossier.com

Nice range of products with great marketing, I love the Super Glow serum, and will continue to try out different products they offer. The ordering process was easy and I got my package in Croatia in 3 days. I appreciate they offer proper and fast delivery service.

Didn’t think I’d fall for the hype but here we are. Boy Brow and Cloud Paint are now permanent residents in my makeup bag. Effortless, cute, and makes me look like I slept 8 hours even when I didn’t.

This is one of the best companies for customer service and for products. I had a problem with an online order. It was split delivery and the delivery company lost one. I contacted glossier via email and they replied almost immediately, sent out a replacement without hesitation. Very bright, breezy, happy communication. Very reassuring. Christine was particularly lovely. I highly recommend this company and they make such beautiful and unique products. Love Glossier. Thank you 🤩 Sarah xx

Love love this brand fan shop in Covent Garden

Exceptional customer service over email. Replies are quick. I found the website confusing and ordered the wrong colour. I didn’t realise there were the same shades in Tan etc. But they resolved my problem really fast and couldn’t recommend them more

placed an order at the beginning of December, we received the confirmation and track and trace code. reaching the actual delivery date, no parcel had been received and status was still in transit, so mailed to the customer service. Received an answer very quickly and a new order has been please, we are now 17 day further form the actual order date... and now had a mail that the order will be received the soonest within 12-16 days. So no presents for Xmas this year... I will never place an order at Glossier again, however customer service is very helpful and kind. At last the order arrived and all thanks to the best customer service ever.

They're the best customer service I EVER talked to. I don't quite understand the reviews here because my experience was sooo good I came here to tell you about it (it's pretty rare for a brand to deserve a spontaneous positive review). In short: they sent me my order but the parcel is not moving. I'm leaving the US in a few days so I reached out to them because I'll probably never receive it before leaving. They offered to send another one or to give me a refund. I asked for a refund, telling them it's too bad the 30% discount is not available anymore, because I would have run to the store to buy what I ordered in person. They offered me to do my purchases in-store and to send them my receipt so they can refund me of the 30% I had online during Black Friday (and they did today, 7min after I sent my receipt). It's not their fault that the package isn't moving or that I'll be leaving the US soon, but they handled my concern in the best possible way. A huge thank you to Rhonda, Ralita, Natascha and Vasilica, you're the absolute BEST <3

I love their products, they are really something special, I have no complaints what so ever, the customer service, the offers they have everything was just perfect, will buy from them again!
