Great products, real shame about the unnecessarily huge cardboard boxes and fresh air that they are shipping around the world!! A small padded envelope would have been fine to ship my mascara in rather than a box the size of a baby. This is now the second time this has happened with their products and not like I can easily buy them from a local department store or Boots. Really disappointed on their sustainability ethos.

I bought the cloud paint, brow gel and lip gloss. I have given 3 stars as I like the actual products but the packaging is poor quality especially given the price point. The cloud paint uncontrollably pours out the tube whenever it is opened resulting in a lot of waste product. The brow gel and lip gloss also feel very cheap.

I purchased the perfume after smelling it on my cousin. The perfume is very sexy, sensual yet fresh!! To me it is the best smelling perfume ever. I could literally bathe in it. However, the scent doesn’t last long at all. I have often heard different ideas about perfume that doesn’t last. I haven’t had many perfumes that wouldn’t last at least a couple of hours though. I thought maybe it was me so I reached out to my cousin. She also states that it doesn’t last very long. She just puts more on every little while. This perfume smells so good I don’t mind doing that. But at $60.00 I can’t afford to do it everyday. It will just have to be those times that are extra special. If this perfume and Glossier only has the one. If it wouldn’t dissipate so quickly..IT WOULD ABSOLUTELY, MOST DEFINITELY..be the BEST BEST perfume ever! Also, to make note. The tracking was not the best. I reached out to their customer service. Glossier customer service responded quickly to me. I was very appreciative of that.

I like the products but the delivery service sucks I’m constantly fighting to get my packages from them dealing with fedex here in florida omg hire more ppl to work or something !!! I wish I stayed where the stores are located so I can just walk up there to purchase my items instead of mailing them

I bought Glossier foundation and cover up because I read reviews from more senior women that it was great on wrinkles - and it is. Is doesn't sit in the creases at all. The only thing I found disappointing was the level of cover. It is very sheer so I used two layers of the foundation which was ok coverage but 6 layers under my eyes and still the dark shadows are showing quite a lot. If you only want a very light covering then this product is great but sadly for me, it's been a waste of £30. I did love the cloud paint tester I got though.

I absolutely love the formula used for the sky wash eye shadow. It's smooth and powdery allows for easy application and virtually no mess up. That's the 3 stars alone as makeup can be challenging at times. However, Pebble color has zero color payoff. (- 1 star) That was a total waste of money because it honestly dissolved right into the skin. I will say Valley is where it starts to actually show color in their selection. It's slightly tinted however and I have fair skin. Also, why allow the selection of a free sample at checkout if you're not actually going to send the sample with purchase? Sort of frustrated me as samples is usually how we first judge whether to buy full-size products. (-1 star)

Ok mixed review here. The products are quite expensive for one thing. I really really liked the ‘boy brow’, I will probably use it everyday. I was disappointed in the generation lipstick, the advertisements make the colour look a little more natural than it actually does, it also has a bad taste -I would describe it as waxy. Delivery was on time though. Thanks glossier.

It would be one of my favorite brands if I could order it anywhere in Europe.
