I have been using glossier products since they launced, and loved every single product. I've been using super glow as part of my skincare routine for my wedding along with their cleanser, but superglow has been out of stock for months now and my skin is in total breakout as I try find a new vitamin c serum to replace superglow. Glossier should not encourage their customers to create skincare routines using their products if they cannot reasonably and consistently keep them in stock! Poor customer experience causing alot of annoyance for me.

I ordered items on 24 Nov from Glossier UK. Items were sent with incorrect Customs details, and the shipping company would not release them without an update from the company. Have emailed Glossier repeatedly with no response, and now I see the courier company has shipped it back to Glossier. Without any reaction from Glossier, I cannot get a refund or have the items delivered. Shocking service from a company I have engaged with multiple times beforehand with no issues. Update: Glossier finally reached out after 10 days and the individual assigned to the case worked hard to resolve the issue with the items finally been delivered 32 days after ordering (I’ve updated to two stars as the customer service representative was so helpful).

I personally think it’s a little much for such a small rub of perfume and doesn’t last long at all .. It does smell really pretty but I can’t constantly keep putting it on.

Ordered Ultralip in Portrait, which is supposed to be a soft pink. It is bright orange! Looks nothing like the colour advertised. So very disappointed as it is my first purchase.
