I ordered some liglosses as a treat for my sister and was super impressed by the packaging and the products. Customer service are incredible and went above and beyond to assist - I honestly couldn't be more impressed. They've made a lifelong customer out of me!

Never had a bad experience. Bought off the site over 5 times now and I have no complaints at all. Even at the pop up store in London, staff were lovely and helpful. They give samples and cute bags (there's an option to be more eco friendly and not get a pink bag/sample/sticker at checkout) Customer service is amazing, they answer promptly and they helped me find the right shade concealer ONLINE! Obviously like all makeup/skincare brands there are their bestsellers as well as some average items(according to other reviews), but all items I've bought are great and does the job. Delivery time was also fine:)

Amazing customer service, great products and speedy shipping. Other companies would do well to learn from the customer service level here, it's exemplary. Highly recommend! Thank you Glossier!

On my 5th Boy Brow, it's a staple in my make up bag. I purchased the face paint in Beam shade over 2 years ago and still have a quarter of the tube left...a little goes a long way. Very easy site to use and I like how they show the shades on various skin tones so it's easier to distinguish how it will look.

Fantastic customer service. Sahna was amazing. I had never heard of them before I bought a perfume for someone. I will definitely be recommending them and buying things from this company.
