Tried one of their blushers but was too bright for me. I asked if I could possibly do an exchange but they said I can just keep the one I had and they'd send me a different shade for free! Superb customer service, have already recommended them to friends. Product is so good, lots of staying power.

I left some very honest reviews about my experience with a few of the products on their site, and out of the blue, the customer service team refunded me IN FULL for the items I had a bad experienced with. Amazing service and I will deffo be back to get more cloud paint for sure.

I ordered a few products from Glossier which arrived quickly. I wanted to return one product (Lidstar) so emailed their customer service team; they responded straight away and had processed the refund within half an hour (on a Sunday)! Great service. And really liked their 'Solution' exfoliator.
