I made my first order a few days ago with all the deals on offer. My order arrived day nice & quick and in a cute little package. Unfortunately upon opening the goodies there was a cleanser that had been damaged in delivery and spilled. The rest of the products were lovely. I’m really excited to wear a lighter look of just the skin tint. Anyway, I contacted the team and sent a photo of the cleanser and they were so friendly and helpful and sorted it out so quickly. Really nice products and it’s so much better when the customer service team are lovely and helpful. Thank you Kaci! I’ve only tried a handful of Glossier products, and I’ve really enjoyed all of them. They are on the pricier side, but the serums last quite a long time and do what they’re advertised to do. Also, amazing customer service! They give fast responses and are insanely accommodating.

Amazing customer service. I ordered several products, there was an issue with one and Shawnna was super helpful and offered me to replace the item. Also, everything else I’ve tried is lovely: I bought the sample size of the milky jelly cleanser and now I ordered the full size one and one for my mother. It’s super gentle and it has a smell that’s very particular but I love it. I also love the cleansing concentrate, the balm dotcom and the boy brow is great. I’ll be trying more products. The packaging is very cute too.

Amazing products and customer service. Wasn't sure about one of the products I'd ordered and got a response and a refund within 30 minutes! Obviously, I'm ordering more. Encouraging to see a company managed by someone with a brain!

I first got the Moisturizing Moon Mask a year ago and let me tell you, it's amazing! I have very dry, sensitive, eczema skin so I'm always hesitant when trying new products. But the Moon Mask feels great on my skin, no burning sensation at all. And my skin is glowing and feels so hydrated afterwards. Since then I have purchased it again, that's how good it is! I have also got four of the Balm Dotcom, the original (re-purchased it when I ran out cause it's a must have!), mango, mint and coconut. And I absolutely love them all. They feel so smooth and nice on the lips and moisturizes them so well. The original is a staple, I always have it in my bag. The mango and coconut smells SO amazing! And the mint has a nice cooling feeling. I totally recommend these products. I've ordered a fair few things now and every sample makes me want to buy the full product. Quick shipping (packaged in an unnecessary plastic pouch but it's cute and reusable). Started with three flavoured lip balms, which I wear almost constantly, now have some boy brow (it's magic) and a super fine brow pen, the elastic concealer (which doesn't settle into fine lines), and the You perfume, which doesn't smell like perfume: it's peppery with vague flowery undertones and somehow smells familiar and I am addicted. I'm about to order the cloud blush stuff and the oil dew thing off the back of the free samples. I almost want to ask them to stop sending me free samples because I can't resist buying them!
