I have made quite a few orders from Glossier in the past year and their customer service is fantastic. Despite the impact of the pandemic, my orders have always arrived on time, within the expected timeframe, and have been complete and undamaged. I left a review on their website of a product which I gave three stars, and within a day or so, I had received an email notifying me of a refund and store credit. I was very impressed, especially as it wasn't a particularly critical review! I have now tried most of their products and would say that although I think some of their pricing is a little high, the quality of the products is generally very good and I like that they are Leaping Bunny cruelty free certified. Their website is also very transparent about ingredients and whether products are vegan or not. I had very good skin pre-Covid and have suffered quite badly with breakouts and acne as a result of wearing masks, but I believe that using Glossier's skincare products has helped me to improve the overall condition of my skin.

They packed the wrong item in my order. Customer support via Twitter was quick to respond and arranged to send me the proper item while I was told I could keep the wrong item sent to me. The proper item never arrived (DHL is to blame), so they sent it again and I finally received it. Hassle-free and with a pleasant attitude. So thank you Glossier!!

Jeg bestilte en pakke fra Glossier, som fragtfirmaet "mistede". Da fragtfirmaet ikke svarede på mine mails skrev jeg til Glossiers kundeservice for at høre, hvad jeg skulle gøre. De sendte en ny pakke og beklagede mange gange, at jeg havde haft problemer. Pakken ankom få dage efter. Produkterne er skønne, og jeg har aldrig oplevet så hjælpsom og imødekommende kundeservice før.

Glossier… you’re the ONE!! I’ve always been a fan of Glossier and have dabbled in their skincare and makeup over the past couple of years. Their products are high quality, free of nasties, and flattering on a range of skin types/ages/tones. Their new products have really taken them to a new plateau, encouraging me to try out different types of make-up that I’d previously had reservations about suiting me. I’ve always worn matt lipsticks (Generation G is a firm fave), but I recently bought a few shades of Ultralip, fully expecting to only like one or two and to need to re-gift / eBay the rest. I loved them all - and even ended up buying another in a different shade! It’s a beautiful, buildable formula which feels great on your lips. Moisturising, but not sticky. Similarly, I rarely (if ever) wear eyeshadow, but fell in love with Skywash in Pool. My husband really liked Lawn when we looked at the pictures too. I felt very dubious as it looked so bright, but I decided to YOLO it and give it a try! I honestly was not confident at all even about Pool - I couldn’t see how a I could get a liquid to pat dry into that silky powdery cornflower blue you see in the pictures - but ohmygosh, how pleasantly surprised I was!! You really do just pat it in!! It’s a beautiful, delicate, summery shade. I was equally if not even more taken aback by how great Lawn looked - I hadn’t expected to like it at all, but I fell in love with it and actually think I like that shade even more!! You know when you keep admiring how cute you look in the mirror? I’ll admit that was me after testing! After my latest order, there was one or two items I didn’t feel too sure about - no problem with the quality at all, just not quite “me”. I contacted Customer Services with some trepidation, as I’ve had a few really bad experiences with customer service for other brands / stores lately… consistently, depressingly bad. I had absolutely no need for concern at all. In LESS THAN 10 MINUTES - in the evening! (UK time) I had a super sweet, efficient and helpful response from Jeannie. She was a total breath of fresh air. My query had been resolved, but I went back to her just to say thank you and how pleased I was. She sent me another super sweet and personalised reply! I was actually really touched by it. As a customer, I want you to know how much it really makes a difference. Whereas my poor experiences with other brands left me feeling frustrated and blue, this put a smile on my face. And I told other people about it. Now I’m telling even more! Glossier have a fan and loyal customer for life in me! ♥

I love Glossier's products so much! They are really easy to use and look beautiful on the skin. Everything is super wearable and natural which is definitely the look that I personally prefer when I wear makeup. However if you are someone who likes a lot of coverage, a few of their products might not be for you. They are definitely worth checking out and their customer service team is great. My personal favs as a fair-skinned teenager are the Lash Slick Mascara, Stretch Concealer, and the Balm Dotcoms (seriously the best lip salve ever - it is pricey but soooo worth it)

Glossier’s produkter er ikke andet end fantastiske. Leveringen er hurtig og det at åbne pakken er i sig selv en oplevelse. Du får både en prøve af eget valg, klistermærke og bunke bag med. Produkterne er effektive, men pas på hvid din hud er let sensitiv. Elsker Glossier.

Absolutely brilliant customer service! Not only are the products excellent for my sensitive skin - natural ingredients with no perfume - they are cruelty free, reasonably priced and work! What will really keep me a long term customer is their customer service. I chose next day delivery and, because it was one day late, they refunded the total cost of postage and emailed me personally to let me know. Normally with companies like this, like The Body Shop for example, you have to wait around ten days for the products to arrive and, if anything is wrong with the order, you have to chase it up yourself. I am immensely impressed.
