Brilliant! Absolutely amazing!

I received part of my order along with some free gifts! I thought the other half of the order would come later and never did so I contacted the team and right away they helped me and sent replacements! I love the current products I got from them and I am looking forward to the rest.

This brand is just amazing! They’re customer service is absolutely fantastic and I hope people don’t take advantage of this. Im addicted to glossier i have pink pouches everywhere all full of stuff. They have become my fave brand and I look forward to glossiers future x

Their "Solution" made me break out terribly so I emailed them asking for a full refund and it was issued to me within 5 minutes. Incredible customer service!

My experience with Glossier products has been mixed, as with any brand. I didn't like the Milky Jelly Cleanser (but then again, I have THE most sensitive skin that reacts if I so much as look at the wrong product) and Futuredew had a similar effect on my skin, besides looking amazing. BUT, their makeup is BEAUTIFUL. I was recently diagnosed with rosacea, which means my cheeks are generally red, and I have some redness on my nose too. I hate heavy makeup, and was gutted to find my favourite Clinique foundation I've been using for ages has salicylic acid in it - as does my concealer - a big no-no for my skin condition. I spoke to Glossier customer service and they were so helpful in matching me to a shade. I was a bit doubtful to be honest as I'm quite pale and they matched my current Clinique shade to G7. I ordered the Stretch Concealer and Skin Tint, and they reassured me I could swap it if the colour wasn't right. This is SO lovely, and so rare for a brand to do. It really takes the stress, and product waste, out of buying makeup online. My order arrived and G7 is almost a perfect match for my Clinique foundation. I do feel I could perhaps go one shade lighter in the skin tint, but the concealer is a perfect match. I haven't fully used the Skin Tint yet as I just patch tested it on my face and will usually do this for a week before blending it all over. I may end up ordering G8 too for comparison. I'd go so far as to say I think the Stretch Concealer may be the best thing I've ever put on my face... I like to look glowy and dewy, which is almost impossible from many foundations I've tried. Most that give this effect have salicylic acid in, and I just can't use that on my skin. I was skeptical the Stretch Concealer would do anything for me. We've all seen the Glossier models with their perfect skin, and I assumed that, as somebody with pretty terrible skin (lately, at least) that these products wouldn't do much at all. I was wrong. The Stretch concealer, when patted into blemishes, covers flawlessly! It's smooth, silky, and really does stretch. There's no cakiness and a lovely dewy finish that blends perfectly into the surrounding skin, so you'd only know I was wearing makeup if you got really close. It's so easy to blend that you can wear it alone to cover any areas you're unhappy with - which is what I've been doing. It gives a gorgeous no makeup makeup look and, most importantly, it feels lovely on your skin. Soothing and moisturising and AMAZING. When I wear it I actually feel like myself again, back when my skin was calm and blemish free. I may update this review in a month or so, as my skin can often be irritable with new products after time, but for now it's love at first sight and hopefully for the long-term. To anybody wondering whether Glossier is for those with perfect skin, I say, ignore that. I have FAR from perfect skin (40, rosacea, dry patches) and this concealer is so amazing. It's the first one I've ever used that doesn't sink into dry patches, blends seamlessly, and imparts a beautiful glow. Glossier is for anybody who wants to look good without caking on makeup - a natural but done look, and that's exactly what their products achieve. Kudos to Glossier too for allowing customers an exchange when buying makeup online, if the colour isn't a great match. This is really brilliant. Do not ever stop making this stuff, Glossier!

Love the products and the few times I have had to contact them, they've been the BEST by far in terms of customer service. They responded to me in 7 minutes and fixed the issue instantly. Honestly 10/10 company. Amazing. Love love love!

Love this company! Really good quality products that actually do what they say they will do. I especially like the cloud paint. Hands down the best blush I have ever tried.
