Super customer service, at it should be. They responded quickly to a return request and offered a full refund without any fuss. This was processed immediately. They then said to keep the item free of charge (I was able to pass it on to someone who might like it). Glossier is not a cheap brand but they clearly invest in being good at what they do. I was really pleasantly surprised by the whole experience and it deserves a positive review.

Glossier is one of those companies whose customers service is so fantastic you cling to them like a little limpet and never want to shop anywhere else. Their products are really good, high quality. If you send them an email they respond almost instantly and are really friendly and helpful. I love Glossier.
