Bought a Model O Pro on clearance, developed double click issues after 7 months. Emailed support showing proof, and they agreed to ship me an O2 Pro as replacement. The whole back and forth took barely half an hour, very responsive!

Great pre and post purchase experience with the customer service team. Encountered an issue with Shop checkout where it prevented me from using my Glorious reward points and they provided a reply with instructions within 2-3 hours of asking. Not realizing you had to physically log out of Shop during checkout even though I thought I did. Then post purchase when the system didn’t use all my reward points I intended to use, they exercised the rewards post sale, very happy with the quick and clear instructions through the entire transaction.

Glorious produce high-quality keyboards and accompany that with top-notch customer support. After there was an issue with their order system and paying customs for importing an item to my region, they offered to refund me the customs fee and 5% on top of that for my trouble, when I had to pay it. They followed through.
