Amazing customer service. I bought a Gmmk 3 He last year through Amazon. The keyboard is having a problem with the USB-C port. They sent me a bottom case for replacement instantly. They just explain to me how they don't ship to my country and tell me how they could make it ship to me. That took a couple of days, and now I'm just waiting for the replacement to arrive in my country.

Bought GLORIOUS Gaming Elements AIR mouse pad. Process was smooth and product met expectations, still using it, pity it is no longer in production - improved my gaming experience by a lot. Hope product comes back eventually in larger format to match current gaming trends.
