During an time when it’s almost expected to receive at most, delayed/zero response from a company’s service and support group, the team at Gloriousgaming has decided to stand behind their products and in a display even more rare, decide to actually care about the customers. The team responsible for support has gone above in beyond in every way. Thank you for the quick and thoughtful responses to questions and for humanizing the situation again. I sincerely appreciate it.

Customer service was great and fast, and solve my issue pretty quick.

Great headset and so fun. I did not notice that they light up when I ordered them. Am delighted with them. I bought them for call center work and they are everything you could want in a well performing headset with mic. The most comfortable headset I have used & I work a 10 HR shift. Your ears will love you for buying this headset! I thought they were too heavy when I took them out of the box but after a couple of hours found they are well balanced, comfortable, stay in place. After my 10 hrs they still felt great. Very highly recommend this headset. I just bought a slightly differed model for a friend. Great support and great website. Be prepared!! You are going to see other items you will want too. Highly recommend this company and this brand. Marie M

Ordered a custom boardsmith board and everything came out perfect. Albeit the fact that a few components weren't available to my exact specifications, Glorious accommodated me by providing upgraded components that were available at no cost to me in order to fulfill the order on time instead of having me wait. I had a few questions about firmware updates and their support staff was knowledgeable and quick to respond to my questions. Absolutely great experience throughout!

Customer service was great. Any known issues that you have come across they get in contact with you quickly and make sure you are ready on the go asap.

Have nothing but good things to say. They helped me get software working. Clarified all my questions. Some of these required going back a forth a few times. I am partially at fault. Things they can improve. 1. Make it easier to get correct Software or make new software that is backward compatible with GMMK2 keyboards. I know this is kind of a pain. As you aren't selling them. But NewEgg, BestBuy and MicroCenter are selling them. 2. Include in product description for keycaps a link to picture of the keys. Ideally, include key dimensions. I was able to get a picture of included keycaps only after multiple back and forth questions. And not accepting trust me bro keycap will work on 96% keyboard that isn't explicitly listed as being compatible.
