They only needed a video of the product not working, and after asking just a few questions, they gave me the option to either take a new product with free shipping, or use the price of the product as credit on their online store.

Perfect keyboard (GMMK 3), exactly what I was looking for. Great customer service. They helped me find the keyboard with the keycaps I wanted in Nordic layout at a local retailer when it was not available on their own website.

As far as I am concern, this company when it comes to their keyboards they are second to none.

Picked up the GMMK 3 100% wired pre-built. It's great, fast response time and comfortable. Had an issue with the glorious core software, did the firmware update and all the RGB's and media rotary encoder stopped working. Support got me back up and running fast. Have not had any issues since. Just replaced the Fox switches that came standard over to the Mako's and its even better. 100% would recommend.

Glorious support team turned out to be the best of people I've interacted with. They helped me with everything I needed and felt genuinely concerned for the product. Absolutely loved the support.
