Great Support
I bought the GMMK Pro and also accessories and I am very happy with the Products they’re a bit pricey and maybe not the best option overall but I like the Build quality and the customization. The Support is one of the best at least for Germany. I accidentally wrote the wrong address and they stayed in touch the whole time, it didn’t took long for them to write back and it was very personal. Also got it shipped to right address free of charge.

Good service in its own right
I purchased GMMK Pro and had a good experience. On the bad side, I could not change the email address on my account myself and had to email support to have it changed. Also, the first order was automatically cancelled due to suspected fraud and I had to go through the same process twice. There is room for improvement.
