I had an issue with the leds of my model O wireless. The support responded very quickly and gave me useful advice to fix the problem. The only thing that needs some work put into is the glorious core app. Compared to the first version there are some things missing: The language is automatically set to your system language - in my case in German. Some things are translated, others are not. I would really like to have a drop-down menu to choose a language since I prefer my software in English. The other option missing is the inactivity timer for your LEDs. You can no longer set a timer for the mouse to go into sleep mode.

Big deserved 5 star the respond extreemly fast give you the help thats needed with direct links to what you need to download and if something is broken they help you to send it back and make sure everything you need to know is in the email in a step by step plan huge thanks to the glorious team for the glorious amount of help they gave me

The team was AMAZING, i had an issue with my mouse and after a couple eamils back and forth trying to fix it they replaced my mouse without question. ive been using there products ( mouse and keyboards ) for years now and this is why i keep going back to them. the support alone is worth it, just for the ease of mind that if something is wrong and under warrenty i know they will help
