Fantastic Customer Support rep helped answer my questions regarding issues with their latest software. Was quickly informed it was a bug that was being worked on but gave me a workaround to resolve my issue until the new software is fixed.

When I reached out to customer support they got back to me extreamly quick and helped me with all the issues that I had. They had even noted that I had a bad PCB and sent me a new one as I was under warranty still.

I had some problems with 2 of my mice: the Model O2 Pro and Model D2. Both had sensor issues, with one just completely not working and the other having the sensor either spinning out or stuttering(I honestly don't know the difference), and so far, customer support has been very helpful and responsive. The only problem is that these products stopped working after half a year of use(the Model D2 was actually about 4 months).

Very good. I bought from a retailer on amazon, and they gave me a full RMA without hassle. Their products are very good though, mechanical and quality.
