The Glorious Model O Wireless mouse.

Their customer service is lighting fast, it actually shocked me that they responded in around 4 hours instead of the usual day long wait times I have with other companies. Glorious support is very helpful and overall its a 10/10 experience. Would reccomend!

Customer service is so extremely helpful. Quick responses and not shy to honour warranty, even when buying through amazon. The product itself is amazing and good for the money especially compared to other top of the line mouse brands (I bought the model D wireless) and I dont think id ever use another mouse company.

Got a defective Model D 2 Pro from a third-party seller who took a month to resolve. I also talked to Glorious Support and the difference was night and day. Glorious Support intended on sending out a free replacement, but my country wasn’t able to be shipped to. In the end, the seller I bought from gave me a refund, and I was able to get an upgraded 4k version from a different seller for just slightly more. Love the company and their products - my Model D- Wired lasted for 3+ years with no problems (did have a slight disconnect problem at one point but it disappeared)
