Ok so to be completely honest I got my keyboard on time but it was broken (hold on there’s more) there was something wrong with the PCB but I didn’t know that so I reached out to the customer service department and they were great that called texted and emailed me till they figured out the problem and then once they figured out what was wrong they asked me if I wanted a free PCB or if I wanted a refund so I asked for the PCB and literally like 30 seconds later I got a notification through shop that they were sending me a new one. It was an unfortunate situation but one that I believe they handled as good as possible. 10/10 would buy from them again.

I placed an order for some keycaps from Glorious, but shortly after, I realized it was a bit of an impulsive purchase and decided I could wait a bit longer before buying them. I reached out to their customer service directly through the website’s chat to ask for a cancellation, and they handled it immediately: no hassle, no delay, just a quick and understanding response. Even though I didn’t end up buying something from Glorious, I was really impressed by how responsive and professional their support team was (whether through email, Twitter, or the website chat system). I’ll definitely be coming back to order from Glorious again when I’m ready to build my new keyboard!

I contacted Glorious support for a problem linked to my mouse, and they fixed the problem in less than a day. This is impressive ! In that way, this is why I'm giving them a 5 stars rating. One of the best support we can have nowadays Thank you very much Glorious !

My rgb on my keyboard stopped working and i followed directions to try and fix the issue. We were not able to fix it but i was fully refunded and the whole support process was so fast and easy. I will only buy from glorious for now on.

They replied very quickly and gave accurate advise to ultimately solve my issue. No complaints.

I had an issue with my mouse and so i knew about the warranty, I quickly emailed the customer service team and i got the fastest most helpful response i could have gotten they resolved the issue and even made sure i knew how to claim my warranty. I lost the ssn for the mouse i bought and even without it they helped me figure out an alternative and they gave me store credit so i could just buy a new one they were truly helpful and i would totally recommend asking any questions you may have!
