The hardware as far as keyboards go really is nice, I also love that they have the confidence to not slap massive brand names all over the device itself, that's for their keyboards. The support response time is also stellar. My nitpicks are their rgb software is pretty terrible, there is worse (Looking at you Gigabyte), but I'm of the opinion Glorious should make firmware compatible with openrgb, especially with Linux continuing to rise in use. My other nitpick is the price of *some* of their stuff, the glorious numpad is lovely and I'd love to get one, but never in my life will I pay THAT much for one, it's very poorly priced for what it is.

I've honestly never had such great customer service from any company or business I've dealt with for as long as I can remember. Been a Glorious fan since the days of the Original Model O, and any issues I've ever had with their products are quickly resolved by Customer Service. A great company with great products, and even greater Customer Care.

My mouse broke and they sent a replacement immediately after they got the info they needed to do it, awesome support

My experience with the support was amazing. I sent an email and I got a reply within 10 minutes, and my mouse replaced instantaneously. Highly recommended

I had issues getting the initial 10% code for marketing sign up but customer service helped me the same day! I’m very excited to receive my gear!
