Phenomenal support and incredible response time. You send an email and you think I'll be happy if I get a response in a couple days. Not only same day response but less than an hour and outside of normal business hours on the weekend to boot. Unheard of.

Great support - I had one key light go dim and another go black, assumed it was a switch problem. Nope - all those LED's are part of the keyboard. Their tech assist response to an email was immediate and accurate; had to reset software. But I'd unnecessarily ordered a box of switches (brown gateron), and they offered to take them back, so I'll probably do that. ($45 I didn't need to spend!) But...why not sell individual switches, should one go bad? IDK, maybe they just DON'T go bad? Good product, weird that it did what it did - but good that it could be fixed with a reset. I should have gone to their "contact us" first!

Best help and support ever i messed up a update and got my keyboard bricked. Downloaded a custom FW that made removed the possibility to connect to the core app. I did get royalty class support on the weekend! thru the whole process to get it back to stock firmware. Big thumbs up for this company! 10 out of 10 pepperoni pizzas! 🤝
