I have been using Glorious products for several years, recently discovered an issue with my mouse (some auxiliary buttons had stopped working) that I’ve regularly used for just under 12 months The warranty team were super fast to respond and had a replacement shipped. This was all leading up to the Christmas break. Super impressed!

I had issue on left click of my mouse which i bought 1 year ago, i sent them with necessary informatiom and they replied my message in 5 min. and gave me voucher instead of my mouse.

I searched online for the software (I couldn't find it myself), but I contacted customer service. I received a response in less than 12 hours, or even less, with a simple and straightforward explanation of which software version to use and the problem was solved! Great help! A normal conversation (email exchange) with real customer service people, not bots. Best regards, you guys are GREAT.
