The company sent my order out as stated in the exact number of days they estimated very important to me, emailed me a tracking link which included what was ordered. When I recieved it, I noticed part of my order was not included. I reached out and received a same day response from Janina who went above and beyond to not only check into the status of the order, but also an apology, and a immediate re-ship of the missed item. I have been a Glo Melanin customer for a while and I truly love their products. I recently submitted an email to customer support for information on two products that I did not see on the website. I received a follow up email the next day from Elyka with the information that I requested. She had great customer service skills and was very helpful.

I tried this company for the first time in February 2025 and I fell in love with the Shea & Sea Moss soap. I primarily use the soap for my face for my eczema and it worked wonders. My face stayed moisturized after cleansing, it helped with my hyperpigmentation and left my skin looking flawless. Unfortunately this product was sold out on the site, after my second time ordering, so I reached out to the company. The customer service team was so amazing and even provided me with the last Shea & Sea Moss soaps as a gift. I was super excited and received my product as promised. I also use their Yoni wellness kit for hyperpigmentation in my inner thighs, the turmeric scrub is one of the best things I used for my dark spots. I will definitely be a forever customer, they have amazing products.
