Glo MelaninReviews of glomelanin.com

The Glo Melanin products made this company outstanding, but prompt customer service is amazing, having good products without great customer service defeat the purpose, so I am very happy to be associated with this company. Now that I have used the product and is very satisfy, I will begin to introduce it to other cancer survivors. I have been using it, about a year now.

I have been communicating with Elyka for the past month and I truly appreciate her patience and cooperation with my questions and subscriptions. It's nice to receive true customer service and not anything AI generated. Thanks again Elyka and the rest of the Glo Melanin team.

Great products and easy to get it delivered

I placed an order and forgot to update my address. I immediately sent an email to correct my error. It didn’t happen in time, but Elyka came to my rescue. I never received the first order. Elyka without hesitation replaced my order free of charge. I was so elated because that she took such care of me. THANK YOU!!!!

Great customer service

Rio has been a great help to me. My package was delivered but there was no product inside. It looks like it has been tampered with. I let her know and she had a replacement shipment sent out within 2 days. Great customer service. I am looking forward to receiving my product.

I had a great experience using the AI chatbot, Rio! He was extremely helpful, easy to communicate with, and made the entire process quick and simple. Rio understood what I needed right away and provided clear, useful responses without making things complicated. I really appreciated how smooth and convenient the experience was. Definitely a great feature and one I’d be happy to use again!

Fabulous customer service!! Shout out to Elyka!!! Thanks again.
