Glo MelaninReviews of glomelanin.com

We live in a very fast paced world where the art of customer service has become a lost art so it’s amazing to find a small company that still managed to provide real customer support and true to their return policy. Although the products I elected to purchase did not work for me I find it worth mentioning the company return policy was effortless. My personal appreciation to Rio who was instrumental in my request to process a refund. Please note this company is worth keeping an eye on in their future endeavors.

Really fast shipping because I got my order 2 days early. On top of that, it works so well. I've been using it for almost 2 weeks and this my go to lip balm

I love this product! It smells like sunshine 🌞 The shipping.. very quick. I received my order within a week of the purchase. The soap is amazing so I subscribed🥰

I absolutely love my new skincare routine. I already have others using it as well because of how flawless my skin looks. I get so many compliments on my skin. My favorite is the rose glow oil. I don’t play about that.

Elyka is super sweet. She answered all of my questions and was very specific and detailed also about the ways I could use the glo melanin chapstick.

Elyka was extremely helpful with answering my concern about the discontinued yoni wash. I look forward to when the product is relaunched.

Technology was NOT on my side when submitting my most recent transaction and I accidentally submitted the order without applying my Glo+ credits. I emailed them to see if it was possible to change the payment method and Elyka made it happen in a very prompt manner! The customer service Elyka provided and customer-centered approach Glo Melanin has - in addition to the products, is exactly I continue to support this company.

Rio C helped me alot, they helped me get another bottle of face foam that ended up damaged through transport.
