I have been using Glo Melanin products for over 2 years and I love the outcome. In the summer time I work outside in the sun and always end up with a tan which I hate. My face gets dark but other parts of my body light caramel brown. I started using the brighter soap and it gives my complexion back.

Product arrived relatively quickly. The lip balm has become my go to, for soothing lips and the area around my lips during a harsh winter, and also during a bad cold. I've seen an evening out of my coloration, which is nice. I knocked one start because I was enrolled in some kind of VIP program that I wasn't interested in, I'm guessing it was included in the fine print, but I had to figure out how to disenroll before monthly charges began.

The products are amazing! The customer service experience is concerning. They’re very eager to deduct the subscription amount automatically each month. It’s worth the money, but if I canceled, I want to be canceled! It was a confusing process because they offered a bundle of these amazing products for a ridiculously low price, but in buying those products, you are agreeing to another subscription. Well, the first one had not canceled this led to the cost being deducted twice in one month. Customer service is only available by email. Which is irritating, but I understand it’s cost-effective. They did make it right and refund my money. But every time you buy a product from them directly you incur a new subscription! If you make a bundle purchase assume that there’s gonna be a subscription. I think it’s a worthwhile process (despite being a pain in the ass process) because the products are so amazing! I have scarring from skin grafts on my face, chest and arms. The products have made an amazing difference in the discoloration, the texture and ability to hold moisture everywhere! I’ll continue to buy and support this product and use it consistently! Their next expansion in this line of amazing products would be to develop a sunscreen to protect the skin (and my phenomenal results)! It should be noted that these products make your skin more sensitive to the sun. Skin that has been damaged in any way is already susceptible to scarring and discoloration from sun exposure. It would be amazing if there were a sunscreen offered specifically to compliment these products. That’s a suggestion for Glo Melanin. (I want a commission or gratuity for my suggestion!) That would be the total package! A sunscreen specifically for facial use and an all over moisturizer and sunscreen for the body would be ideal! I’ll buy your products because I’m in love with the results. Even with the scars I go out without make up and my skin is glowing! I’ll soon turn 66 years old and my skin is in amazing condition even with the scars and skin grafts! Glo Melanin, get your business model and customer service together please?
