Elyka P. went above and beyond to resolve the issue with my account. While others tried to help, Elyka diligently discovered that I had two different email addresses: one for opening my account and another for making payments. Glo Melanin understood the situation and issued me a credit. I truly appreciate a company that values customer satisfaction. Thank you all!
