Unfortunately, the products did not work for me personally. The communication & return process regarding the money back guarantee was a little lengthy, but ultimately I was refunded as promised. I was appreciative of how Rio was very responsive and helpful in Messenger walking me through the return/refund process.

Correspondence was professional and nice, though it did take a while for them to get back to me.

I purchased 3 bundles and it arrived just in a regular box. Luckily nothing leaked or was broken, however, they were not organized in a box. There was no invoice or product instructions. 2 of the lip balms were missing. I had emailed them a few times with no response. I voiced my concerns on a Facebook page and within a few days, I received an email stating that my missing products were being mailed to me. Despite all this, the products are great and I have already seen an improvement in my skin and the pigmented spots on my face are fading. I like the packaging because it tells you what the main ingredients are on the outside.

I purchased lip trio on facebook and unbeknownst to me I was charged an additional 95 cent charge and did not know what for. I emailed CS and was responded to promptly and advised of additional charges for and auto membership, which would later be 14.99 per month, I did not know this to be true at checkout, moral of the story read and make sure your glasses are on for the fine print. I happily declined and was advised it will be cancelled. Probably doesn’t include a refund but hopefully it will not charge my credit card thereafter.

I started using the products a day after I received them and unfortunately, the products gave me an allergic reaction( my forehead & sides of my face)for the duration of the 2 days I used them. The scrub, I feel is too much to use on a daily basis. I was forced to stop using the products. I contacted customer support for help and informed them of how my skin had an allergic reaction after susing it for 2 days. Elyka assisted me with my refund. The process was smooth and helpful. Now, I shall work on getting this allergic reaction to calm down. I would say not to buy the bundle until you've tried out each product separately to test to see if you'll have an allergic reaction like I did. 👍🏾

I love this product. I’ve been using it for a few months, and recently ordered more. It really works for smoker’s lips. It takes time so be patient.

it did take away some of my old cars but then new acne start popping up a week after using I followed the procedures and everything.
