Elyka was amazing and very helpful in resolving my issue of a missing package. I will continue to support!

Awesome body oil very smooth and and skin feel soft already thank you very much

I didn’t pay attention when checking out and accidentally set myself up for a subscription AND I had my delivery sent to my former address. Rio in customer service was excellent in helping me correct my wrongs. Will definitely be ordering again

I ordered several skincare items, and when my package arrived, I noticed that two items were missing. I emailed customer service, and Rio responded almost immediately! They were incredibly kind, helpful, and quickly provided me with a tracking number for the missing items. I really appreciate how fast they resolved the issue and the excellent customer service. It's so reassuring to know they truly care about their customers. Thank you, Rio, for making the experience so easy and stress free!

I just made my first purchase with Glo, and I'm looking forward to using it for the first time. I also wanted to share that Glo's customer service has been fantastic in assisting me with my concerns during my order, and got it handled right away, thanks to Rio. Rio, thank you again for your amazing service! I really appreciate how quickly you responded to my needs.

Rio and Nia from Glomelanin were efficient and polite! Thank you for all your help😊!

I placed the order to my billing address and Elyka was able to update the shipping address before the label was created making this a painless process. Unlike other companies I’ve used before. Service was top notch! Thank you Elyka! Looking forward to trying the product!

I was having problems entering a discount code but Elyka was able to help me with the problem so I was able to restock my face products….Yes!!!! Elyka, thank you so much 😊
