I have been using the product for about a year with great results. My skin is clear and I rarely have a breakout. Most recently my package was damaged in transit. UPS sent the package back to Glo Melanin before it ever got to me. They quickly responded and prepared replacements. I love the product and customer service that is provided!

I personally have a great experience with Glo Melanin, I get nothing but compliments on how glowing my skin looks everyday. I had a small issue with one of the product that was received and customer service. rep. Rio got right on it and the assistant was phenomenal.
