It arrived today and what initially struck me was the size; I expected something the size of a 'phone but it's a neat little unit about 50% bigger than a credit card although obviously much thicker. I contacted Customer Service a few times and Maria was excellent, she answered all of my questions with brevity and clarity and patiently guided this 74 year old. As I always have several foreign holidays a year I'm looking forward to using it soon.

The device worked perfectly during my recent trip to Europe. The team answered all of my questions very quickly and it was easy to use. It was great not to have to turn roaming on my phone and still connect from anywhere.

I’ve been using a Globlinker device in my 2026 Chevy Equinox EV after canceling OnStar, and so far it has worked really well for my needs. The device automatically connects when the vehicle starts up, and setup was straightforward. Customer support responded quickly to my questions and explained how the included data plans worked. Speeds and reliability have been solid during everyday driving around Tennessee, streaming music, navigation, and general hotspot use. One thing I like is being able to avoid another expensive monthly vehicle subscription while still keeping internet connectivity in the car. So far, my experience has been positive and I would recommend it to people looking for an alternative in-car data solution.

My wife and I just recently traveled to Ireland. Globlinker seamlessly switch from US to Europe and back to US. It has worked perfectly wherever we’ve used it, and the customer service has been top flight.

I was very pleased with the purchase of my Globlinker. But I was very pleasantly suprised with the level of customer service I received when I reached out to get my Globlinker set up and with their promptness in answering questions about my data package. When I requested that my initial US 10GB be put on hold until I needed it, they did it immediately and also set up my monthly 2GB as well. They even provided a small data amount so that I could test my Globlinker out without triggering the saved data package. And they answered my questions promptly and courteously. This is service that you rarely see any more. I am glad I chose Globlinker!
