I was in a really bad reception area of France with only 1 bar of signal on my phone so the device did drop out occasionally, but I was able to use it for good quality whatsapp video calls on my phone & I also managed to send & receive emails & do a small amount of internet browsing on my laptop. My son was also using it for his snapchat etc. Well worth the price I paid & its nice to know that as I will only be in France again in a few months, the data will have built back up. 🙂

Do yourself a favor and check out their hotspot. My brother recommended it to me. He has been using on trips for a couple of years. They really do start you out with 10GB of data and add 2GB every month. The 10GB is only good for a month after you start using it, but the 2GB per month just keeps getting added and doesn't expire. It is one heck of a deal!

Ease of use getting the unit, setting up the account and logging into the Globlinker for connection anywhere is so easy. The customer service is exceptional. They are quick to respond to questions and help you with getting the unit setup with the correct country when travelling abroad. Love this product.

I saw many great reviews about this product. I mostly bought it for backup at home if needed and travel. The entire process of setting up Globlinker and customer support was seamless. It's one of those products that you might not think you need but will definitely come in handy. Few times I've tested device has worked great!

Globlinker is a great device – a welcome change from having to seek SIMs when I’m abroad. I used it in Greece a couple of months ago and the signal was good - far better than hotel WiFi. I’m so impressed that I have bought a second Globlinker. That will allow me to carry my own and leave the other with my wife when I go off somewhere.

i don't have a smart phone so i bought this for when the power goes out and the router goes down and i want to keep up with what's going on. i also use it to stream music when i take the cat for a walk or when i take my macbook to work outside my apartment and need a private, reliable internet connection. easy to set up, works exactly as it's supposed to. outstanding customer service. i am very satisfied and would recommend it.

I was in need of WIFI when travelling abroad from the U.S. and ran across this company. I was skeptical at first as it sounded too good to be true. I finally pulled the trigger for our trip to Japan & the product delivered as promised. Easy to set up and both my wife and I were walking around with WIFI. The customer service is very on point and timely with any questions I had.
